Never written a line of code? No problem. The Piscine starts at absolute zero. It’s designed to push you hard, so you learn rapidly regardless of your background.

Every Friday, the collaborative atmosphere pauses for a strict, time-pressured exam. No internet. No help. Just you, the terminal, and the skills you've mastered.

Start by setting up your profile on our application platform. It only takes a couple of minutes to get the ball rolling and begin your journey.

Join us for an intro session—either online or here on campus. It's a great chance to meet the team, check out the space, and see how our unique learning style works.

The ultimate proving ground is our legendary 4-week coding sprint. It's an intense, immersive experience where you'll dive deep into code and discover if our peer-to-peer model is right for you.

the kick-off

If you conquer the Piscine, you are officially in. On Kick-Off day, you and your successful peers will begin the core curriculum together, marking your very first day as a fully-fledged 42 student.
